San Pedro man shoots his attacker
Crime News
A shooting incident in San Pedro town on Ambergris Caye has left one man injured.
The victim has been identified as Miguel Dominguez, 31.
According to police reports, Dominguez attacked Daniel Maldonado, 24 as he walked on Angel Coral Street in San Pedro town.
Police say that fearing for his live, Maldonado pulled his licensed 9 millimeter pistol and fired a single shot, hitting Dominguez to the left hand and left side.
The shooting attack and shooting happened in front of the football field. Police investigations continue.
