Dr. Louis Zabaneh wins PUP convention in Dangriga

Dangriga, STANN CREEK. Sunday, June 24, 2018. The Holy Ghost R.C. Primary School compound was the battleground on Sunday, June 24 for the Dangrica constituency convention for the People’s United Party.

Five candidates offered themselves for Sunday’s convention.

They are Anthony Ramos, Erica Jang, Hilberto Arzu, Louis Zabaneh and Gregory Ovado.

According to preliminary information from Dangriga, around 1,193 votes were cast.

Our information is the Dr. Louis Zabaneh topped the polls with 487 votes. Erica Jang garnered 299 votes; Hilberto Arzu got 208 votes; Gregory Ovado garnered 111 votes and Anthony Ramos got 60 votes.
