Man accused of having sex with 15 year old girl
Crime News
A 47 year old man is in police custody pending charges after he was accused of having sexual intercourse with a 15 year old girl.
The girl, accompanied by her mother, went to the Belmopan police station and reported that in October 2012 and January to July of this year, the man, identified as Santos Perez had sexual intercourse with her in St. Margaret’s village. A
medical examination of the girl had confirmed that she was carnally known.
Perez, a Guatemalan national is detained pending charges of unlawful carnal knowledge.
