Youth busted with marijuana in San Ignacio town

A Belize City man was busted with marijuana in San Ignacio town on Tuesday.
Reports are that Denmark Dougal, 23, was intercepted as he alighted a taxi at the Welcome Center.
Acting upon intelligence received, officers searched a bag that Dougal was carrying and found it to contain 13 pounds of marijuana.
A charge of drug trafficking has been laid against Dougal.
